We want your GlowPath goodies to reach you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- UK delivery: 5–10 business days
- International delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
- Free UK shipping on orders over £50
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
🔄 Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right.
To start a return:
- Email us at yuusukeohtake1228@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
Conditions for return:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Original packaging preferred where possible
- Proof of purchase required
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
